Our story
David was offered an overseas posting, so we decided to rent out our home in London during our absence. Subsequently, after four years abroad, we decided to return to our own home. Sounds simple enough, you might think. Not so. We went through months of hell just to achieve this simple goal. And when we did finally get our home back we found it wasn't fit for pigs to live in...
We tell our story here in the hope that you won't make the same mistakes as we did and can benefit from the hours of research we did in the process of going through the nightmare. If you are thinking of renting out your home, you may have serious second thoughts if you read this.
